Educational Process

International European Law School aims to provide international students with invaluable knowledge and experience in Environmental law using modern information technologies, software, and technical advancements. International European University, Poland uses European study plans and curricula, modernized classrooms, reading rooms, and all necessary equipment to make the educational process more comfortable and effective. Students at the IEU, Poland begin their studies with foundational courses in environmental law, such as Environmental Law and Policy, Environmental Regulation, and Environmental Science. These courses provide students with an understanding of the legal and policy frameworks to govern environmental issues, as well as the scientific concepts and principles underlying environmental law.

The Environmental Law program at the International European University, Poland offers opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience through fieldwork, internships, or clinical programs. For example, students participate in environmental advocacy projects, work with nonprofit organizations, or intern with government agencies to gain practical experience in environmental law and policy. The Environmental Law program at the International European University, Poland requires students to complete a capstone project to integrate the knowledge and skills they have acquired throughout their coursework. It involves a research project, policy analysis, or legal advocacy project to address a specific environmental law issue.

• Be familiar with the basis of the law and the legal system, as well as decision-making in the criminal justice process, the social and political context of the legal system, important constitutional issues, and how criminal law differs from other forms of law;
• Demonstrate knowledge of the overall problem of crime and be familiar with different types of crimes committed in society, as well as possess knowledge of the distribution of these crimes;
• Understand issues related to crime prevention and the rehabilitation of offenders;
• Be able to conduct a research project from beginning to end, including how to locate existing sources of relevant information, operationalize concepts of interest, collect data, interpret findings, and present information in a professional manner.
