    • Obtain, monitor, and distribute information to units and DOD using the SIDPERS operation system;
    • Provide weekend testing of SDC changes to the network, DNS, mainframe, and Linux changes;
    • Design role requires the use of CMS with CRM integration, HTML email communications, and web design best practices;
    • Provide input / QA / QC regarding enhancement of regulatory reporting as well as other complex business and programmatic processes;
    • Review community college GIS curriculum as requested;
    • Standardize PC models and coordinate scheduled hardware purchases;
    • Prepare HRIS reports for senior management and information reporting;
    • Develop company Intranet website utilizing Microsoft SharePoint server and services;
    • Maintain Cisco routers and switches configuration for security detection systems;
    • Develop best practices for Novell NetWare client installation and management;
    • Provide software and hardware support while implementing a Novell printer-sharing network;
    • Leverage operational understanding of the system to responsively and creatively troubleshoot and resolve issues threatening optimum performance;
    • Assist in web development utilizing PHP and MySQL;
    • Assist in developing a custom business intelligence dashboard for the JPEP project in the PHP language;
    • Monitor the team queue to ensure all requests are assigned, update and complete within the established SLA;
    • Experience with business process improvements and creating business process flow charts using VISIO;
    • Evaluate and implement new technology;
    • Review code throughout the GPS to identify any Y2K-sensitive items for the programming group;
    • Integrate ERP system with enterprise security solution;
    • Assist clients in TCP/IP configurations for proper connectivity of wireless capable or network-wire POS terminals for deposits and/or transactions.
